We love the challenge of coming up with a brand new approach to a problem or issue. 

Examples of recent projects include:

  • Working with a social housing provider to review its in-house marketing and communications service and structure and to recommend a revised, fit for purpose, structure and strategy.
  • Acting as interim head of marketing and communications while helping to recruit an excellent permanent candidate to the post.
  • Carrying out an external communications audit to establish how business partners, peers and funders viewed an organisation and devising a plan to deal with issues that emerged. 
  • Running an internal project team looking at an organisation’s options for its future e-strategies.
  • Advising an organisation operating in a niche market how to reposition itself to take advantage of other opportunities without endangering its position in its core market.     
  • Working with a non-executive board to consult with its wider membership on a potential re-engineering of its structure.
